PARENTING PROGRAMMES AND SUPPORT

All of our parenting programmes and support sessions are FREE.

"Incredible Years" is a 14 session programme for parents and caregivers of children aged 3-8 years. 

For parents and caregivers of children aged 11-15 years we have a 5 week programme followed by an open and ongoing support group. 

Both of our parenting programmes offer you tools and information to help you create a happy and relaxed home for you and your children.

We currently have a few groups running and are looking to add to these.

ONE to ONE


Our team can work with individuals to help them develop their skills and confidence.
An initial assessment will take place to work out an individualised plan and to match them with a mentor.
